Eligibility
- Graduation in any stream from a UGC/AICTE recognised university or institute, completed as on 1 October 2026 but not before 1 October 2001.
- Age 20 to 25 years as on 1 October 2026.
- Should not have a running, terminated or completed apprenticeship contract with any other organisation.
Selection process
- Online proctored test conducted by BFSI Sector Skill Council of India, taken from home on a camera-enabled desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
- 100 questions, 100 marks, 60 minutes: General/Financial Awareness (25), General English (25), Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude (25), Quantitative Aptitude (25). Medium: English or Hindi.
- Candidates display the Aadhaar card uploaded on the NATS portal for ID check during the test.
Application fee
- SC / ST / PwBD: Rs 200 plus GST.
- General, EWS and OBC (male): Rs 800 plus GST.
- General, EWS and OBC (female) and transgender: Rs 600 plus GST.
- Fees are paid online only and are non-refundable.
How to apply
- Register first on the Government of India apprenticeship portal NATS (Student Register/Login) using the link in the Official links section below.
- Apply for the LICHFL apprenticeship advertisement after logging in to NATS and note your NATS Enrolment Id.
- You will receive an email from BFSI SSC inviting you to give details, choose districts for training and pay the exam fee.
- Complete the payment and details at the BFSI SSC portal by 1 November 2026.
- Details entered for the online test must match those on NATS, or the candidature may be disqualified.
