School form fill-up schedule
ASSEB Division-I has notified schools affiliated to the Board about HSLC Examination 2027 form fill-up through sebaregistration.org. The notice gives separate deadlines for form entry, payment and corrections. These are not the dates of the HSLC examination itself.

Go through your parent school
Candidates must complete form fill-up at the parent school where their Class IX registration was done. A candidate cannot fill the form from another institution unless the registration has been transferred. The school portal uses the Class IX registration login. This is not an independent student self-application or a general application service at a shop.

The notice exempts fee payment for eligible candidates of government, provincialised and recognised venture schools whose parental annual income from all sources is Rs. 4 lakh or below, and who registered in Class IX in 2024 or 2025. Ask the head of your school to check the exact conditions. Parents or guardians must apply to the head of the institution for exemption, and the institution must verify the documents. Do not assume the exemption applies automatically to every low-income candidate.
Important points for students and guardians
- The candidate bank details must be provided at form fill-up.
- The notice asks for a present-status photograph of the tree planted at Class IX admission.
- Candidates who have not appeared in the Class X internal examinations, including unit tests and the half-yearly examination, are not eligible to sit in HSLC 2027 under the notice.
- Schools should follow the official portal instructions and verify fee-exemption documents.
