The Commercial System advertisement lists two grades for one vacancy. Together with the two Mechanical vacancies, the total is three.
Experience and age
- Commercial System Associate: 5-10 years' overall post-qualification experience in the listed commercial, procurement, sales, contract/vendor/inventory, supply-chain, finance or operations domains. At least 3 years must involve public procurement and tendering through government e-procurement portals for the specified government/PSU/project organisations.
- Commercial System Sr. Associate: above 10 years' overall post-qualification experience, with the same domain and public-procurement conditions. SAP and paperless e-office experience is desirable for both grades.
- Mechanical Associate: 5-10 years' post-qualification experience in manufacturing industries. Apprenticeship-training experience will be considered under the notices.
- Upper age: 42 years for Associate and 50 for Sr. Associate, reckoned on 13 October 2026. Relaxations: SC/ST 5 years; OBC-NCL 3 years; PwD General 10, SC/ST 15 and OBC-NCL 13 years.
Documents and selection
Prepare the detailed CV in NRL's prescribed format, passport photograph, date-of-birth proof, qualification records and applicable caste/category/disability certificates. Shortlisted candidates attend a personal interview, physically or virtually. NRL may add screening, group discussion or a written test if applications are high. Final engagement includes medical fitness and credential checks.
